Go here for Toshiba 32C3030D settings.
We can’t give out service menu settings for the Toshiba 32C3030D because we don’t want you to trip over a crucial setting and ruin your new set.
I will assume no responsibility for degrading your pictures with these new settings, but I won’t mind taking all the credit if it goes well. :)

Pretty please do one of these for the Samsung LE40M86BD! Reading your review has made me have my LE40F1 replaced with one, so it’d be nice to have some good settings to try out :o)
