Bang & Olufsen has announced a new minimalist TV stand designed for its Besound Stage soundbar that it says can accommodate flat screen televisions ranging from 40-inches to 65-inches, from multiple brands. 

To coincide with the launch, B&O has put together a special package that includes LG Electronics’ latest OLED CX television. 

The company said the minimalist floor stand has been crafted to integrate its popular Beosound Stage soundbar and creates a “complete freestanding TV experience”. The Beosound Stage soundbar incorporates 11 custom speaker drivers, each one equipped with its own 50 watt amp, in a 3-channel configuration.

“With the same keen eye for detail, quality and design as the Beosound Stage, the stand creates a visual harmony between itself, the speaker and the TV,” B&O said. “The minimalist frame echoes the shape and 16:9 ratio of a TV screen, creating an almost shadowlike outline as the TV, and features the same soft rounded corners as the soundbar.” 

B&O’s special package includes the TV stand, the Beosound Stage soundbar, a Beoremote One, and LG’s 2020 OLED CX TV and is available for £3,424, the company said. 

B&O didn’t say, but the pricing indicates that the LG OLED CX TV is likely to be the new 48-inch version that was launched earlier this year. The company said its TV stand has been optimized especially for LG’s OLED C series TVs, but can actually accommodate any TV with a screen measuring between 40-inches and 65-inches that’s equipped with a VESA interface. 

The special offer is only available through Bang & Olufsen’s store network, and customers have the option of paying £128.40 per month for 48 months at 0% APR, with a 10% deposit, instead dropping the whole amount up front.
