Hisense is attacking the TV market with attractive models available at every price point in 2022 with its new range of ULED and Laser TV projectors.

Announced at CES 2022, Hisense’s latest models include the top tier L5G TriChroma Laser TV and the PX1-Pro TriChroma Laser Cinema, plus its flagship U9H ULED with Mini-LED backlights. However, the real winner may well be its mid-range set, the Hisense UH7 ULED TV, which boasts many in-demand features at a very accessible price point.

Hisense said the U7H TV will support 4K@120Hz gaming on consoles such as the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, as well as FreeSync Variable Refresh Rate. It also boasts picture technologies such as IMAX Enhanced, Filmmaker Mode, Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10 and HDR10+, plus a built-in ATSC 3.0 tuner.

What’s really great though is the price, with Hisense saying it will start at $799 in the U.S., with 55-, 65-, 75- and 85-inch sizes to choose from.

The company’s higher-end TVs look pretty sharp too, with the flagship U9H offering Mini-LED backlights and more contrast control zones, quantum dot HDR and a peak brightness of 2,000 nits.

The Hisense U8H meanwhile sits just below with a peak brightness of 1,500 nits, Mini-LED backlights and all the gaming and picture processing technologies listed above.

Hisense said the U9H will go on sale for $3,199, with a single 75-inch model available, while the U8H will be offered in 55-, 65- and 75-inch sizes, starting at $1,099.

Below the Hisense U7H sit the U6H and A-Series TVs, which are cheaper 60Hz alternatives with smaller size options to choose from.

Meanwhile, the PX1-PRO TriChroma Laser Cinema and L5G 4K TVs are refreshes of the company’s popular Laser TV offerings. Both models are short-throw laser projectors that compete with models such as Samsung’s Premiere and offer features Android TV and Dolby Vision. Hisense said they achieve a higher peak brightness than previous models, with prices set to start at $3,999.

All of Hisense’s models will come with Google TV onboard and include built-in microphones for hands-free voice controls.
