Sky is letting you watch up to 4 live games at once with Your Multiview

With live Premier League football set to return for the new 2026/27 season this weekend, Sky has announced what should be a useful new upgrade for Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q subscribers.

The new feature is called Your Multiview, and it will launch on August 21, enabling viewers to watch up to four live Sky Sports broadcasts side-by-side, without having to switch between different channels or use a second TV or device. It simply shows all four broadcasts at once, meaning you can now watch multiple English Premier League, Championship, Scottish Premiership and Women’s Super League games simultaneously.

It also supports other sports, so you can watch the footy alongside things like tennis, golf, rugby, Formula One or NFL, if you prefer.

Sky said viewers will be able to customise the way Multiview is laid out, so they can choose which feed’s audio they want to listen to, and bring any one of the four into full-screen at key moments with a simple click of the remote.

It’s a timely update because this weekend we’ll be able to see our first Premier League football since May when the new season kicks off, and Sky has the rights to broadcast exactly four games that will all start at 2 p.m., so you’ll have an immediate chance to make the most of Multiview. The games are Aston Villa vs Bournemouth, Brentford vs Newcastle United, Crystal Palace vs Brigthon and Nottingham Forest vs Leeds United. They’ll be broadcast live on Sky Sports Cricket, Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports+ and Sky Sports Premier League, respectively.

Your Multiview is just one of several updates introduced by Sky for the new season. There’s also the new Sports Hub, which brings up live scores, statistics, league tables and fixture lists from all of the English and Scottish leagues, as well as highlights of some of the games. There’s also a new Clips feature that adds a scrollable, autoplay feed of highlights from multiple teams and competitions. Other new capabilities include the new Team Pages, which provide access to news about each team and highlights/live games, and a refreshed Live Sports Rail for finding out what games are live now and coming next.

Sky said Sky Glass and Sky Stream subscribers will get the new features via an update to Sky OS, while the Sky Sports application is also being updated with Moments, which is a personalised vertical video feed that’s similar to Clips on the bigger screen, with various highlight clips, news, analysis, interviews and reactions from the games.

To enjoy the new features, viewers will of course need to be a Sky customer and subscribe to either the Essential TV or Ultimate TV package. Then they’ll have to add Sky Sports as an add-on for an additional £22 a month. In addition, we might suggest that you'll also need to buy a bigger TV if you really want to make the most of it. then Sky TV & NOW’s managing director Carli Kerr said Sky has more live sports to showcase than ever before, which is why it wants to make it easier for viewers to follow all of the action. “With ‘Your Multiview’, viewers no longer have to choose between the biggest moments happening across multiple channels,” she said. “It could be two exciting football matches happening at the same time, or Super Sunday coinciding with a Grand Prix and the final day of a golf Major.”
